Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the technical field of clothes drying, and aims to solve the problem of poor safety of existing clothes drying apparatuses in which door switches thereof do not guarantee the clothes drying apparatuses to stop operating when a door is open. Provided is a clothes drying apparatus comprising a machine housing and a door. The door is used to open or close a clothes loading opening of a front panel of the machine housing. The clothes drying apparatus further comprises an installation structural member, a protection shield, and a door switch. A first passage opening is provided in the front panel. At least a portion of the installation structural member is provided within the first passage opening. The protection shield is provided on the installation structural member and is located at a back side of the front panel. The door switch is provided within the protection shield. A second passage opening corresponding to the first passage opening is provided on the installation structural member. A trigger structural member is provided on the door. The present invention enables the door switch to be entirely located at the back side of the front panel, so as to prevent users from accidentally touching the door switch when the door is open, and in turn ensures that the clothes drying apparatus is in an off state when the door is open, thereby improving safety of the clothes drying apparatus.
