Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of communication, and provides a cloud resource configuration method, a system, an apparatus and a device. The method comprises: acquiring online and offline information of a target user, wherein the online and offline information comprises: a user identifier of the target user; based on corresponding relationships between a plurality of pre-stored user identifiers and a plurality of cloud service identifiers, using the user identifier of the target user to determine a cloud service identifier of the target user, and according to the cloud service identifier, allocating or releasing a corresponding cloud resource for the target user. The present disclosure avoids the current problem of resource waste occurring during the process of cloud resource utilization. (FIG. 3)
