Abstract:
A cloud server according to an embodiment may: for authentication of account information received from an electronic device, receive, from the electronic device, the account information to be authenticated and an authentication request; acquire authentication information for user authentication from user data corresponding to the account information; acquire correct answer data and incorrect answer data on the basis of the authentication information; on the basis of the correct answer data and the incorrect answer data, generate and transmit, to the electronic device, first problem information including first question information and first example information for the user authentication; receive a user input for the first example information from the electronic device; and according to whether or not the user input is a correct answer, determine whether or not authentication is successful.
