Abstract:
A coated tool (1) of this disclosure includes: a substrate (10); and a coating film (20) disposed over the substrate (10). The substrate (10) contains a plurality of boron nitride particles. The coating film (20) has a hard layer (21) containing cubic crystals. Moreover, in the cubic crystal, where the intensity of an X-ray at a (200) surface is represented by I (200), and the intensity of an X-ray at a (111) surface is represented by I (111), I (200) / I (111) is 5.3 or more.
