Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to provide a coating composition for coating the surface of a reflective plate for a solar heat collector with which it is possible to coat the surface of a reflective substrate with a coating film that has excellent weather resistance and impact resistance, and has excellent adhesiveness and does not readily peel, and also a method for producing a reflective plate for a solar heat collector using this coating composition. The coating composition comprises (A) a fluoropolymer having a hydroxyl group value of 110 to 250 mg KOH/g-resin, (B) a polyester polymer having a hydroxyl group value of 100 to 300 mg KOH/g-resin, (C) a polyisocyanate curing agent, and (D) a solvent. Moreover, the method for producing the reflective plate for a solar heat collector involves coating the surface of the reflective substrate with this coating composition to form a coating layer and then removing the solvent (D) to form a coating film.
