Abstract:
Provided are: a resin substrate having a hard coat film attached thereto, which has such a structure that a hard coat layer is arranged on a resin substrate through a primer layer, and which has excellent scratch resistance and excellent weather resistance including adhesion properties after an accelerated weather resistance test and cracking properties after a weather resistance test; and a process for producing the resin substrate having a hard coat film attached thereto.
The resin substrate having a hard coat film attached thereto comprises: a primer layer which contains an acrylic polymer as the main component; a hard coat layer which contains a cured product of an organopolysiloxane as the main component; and an adhesive layer which is arranged between the primer layer and the hard coat layer and which contains, as the main component, a silyl-group-containing acrylic polymer that has a hydrolysable silyl group and/or an SiOH group in a side chain and does not contain any polymerizable unit having an aromatic hydrocarbon group in a side chain.
