Abstract:
A coaxial 190 degree wrap-around rotating mechanism applied to a flexible screen comprises a structural main body (1). The structural main body (1) is formed by outwardly-bending rotating shafts (2) on two sides and multiple sets of rotating shaft connecting plates (3) provided between the outwardly-bending rotating shafts (2). The outwardly-bending rotating shaft (2) comprises slide rail spring mechanisms (4) at two ends and a rotating mechanism (5) rotatably connected in the middle. The rotating mechanism (5) comprise fixed blocks (6), a gear (8), and a cover plate (7) that are connectedly combined. The fixed blocks (6) comprise a first fixed block (61), a second fixed block (62), a third fixed block (63), and a fourth fixed block (64). Wrap-around structures (9) are respectively provided on the second fixed block (62) and the fourth fixed block (64). The overall structure is designed to be coaxially driven to rotate, achieves a purely mechanical bending by means of coaxial rotation of a pinion and a rack, and satisfies the requirement of bending outwardly from 0 to 190°. The wrap-around structures and a connecting shaft are flexibly applied so as to meet the requirements of damping and torsion. A two-sided damping mechanism and slide rail spring compensation mechanisms on two sides are designed to ensure that a screen does not deform during bending, thereby meeting the requirement of precision when controlling the bending of a flexible screen.
