Title:
COAXIAL CABLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/035862
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A coaxial cable (1) is a short-length material of length no more than 1000mm. A center conductor (10) is a single-wire conductor configured mainly from a single Cu-Ag alloy wire (11). Said Cu-Ag alloy wire (11) is configured from a Cu-Ag alloy containing 5-15 mass% Ag, has a diameter of 15-50μm, has a plating layer (12) on the outer periphery. The center conductor (10) has a 50% or greater IACS conductivity, a tensile strength of 1330MPa or more, contains Ag in a specific range, and is provided with a Cu-Ag alloy wire (11) of a specific size. By means of the center conductor (10) having conductivity and tensile strength in specific ranges, the disclosed coaxial cable (1) and coaxial cable bundle have excellent fatigue properties and are not prone to breaking by bending or twisting.
