Abstract:
A coil disc (30), a cookware lid assembly (20), and a cooking utensil (1). The coil disc (30) is provided with a middle region (31), an edge region (32), and a connection region (33) located between the middle region (31) and the edge region (32), the magnetic field intensity of the coil disc (30) at any one of the middle region (31) and the edge region (32) being greater than the magnetic field intensity at the connection region (33). The coil disc (30) is combined with a heating apparatus (40) at the bottom of a cooking cavity (110), so that a three-dimensional cyclic heating environment can be formed in the cooking cavity (110), ensuring that food in the cooking cavity (110) is uniformly heated; heating in a large region and relatively uniform heat conduction can be formed; the magnetic field intensities at the middle region (31) and at the edge region (32) are relatively higher, which helps to increase the temperature of the middle region (31) and the edge region (32) more immediately and quickly when steam in the cooking cavity (110) rises to form condensate water, thereby helping to more quickly and highly efficiently dissipate much condensate water accumulated at the middle region (31) and the edge region (32), and preventing the condensate water from falling back into the cooking cavity (110) to affect the taste of the food.
