Abstract:
Provided are a heating seat and a cooking utensil. The heating seat (100) comprises a base (1), a cover body (5), a heating device and a control device (3), the base (1) being provided with a mounting cavity (11) for accommodating a pot body (200) and having an opening at an upper end, the cover body (5) covering the opening of the mounting cavity (11), the heating device comprising a first heating device (21) arranged at the bottom of the mounting cavity (11), a plurality of second heating devices arranged corresponding to a side part of the mounting cavity (11), and a third heating device (23) arranged on the cover body (5) and corresponding to the opening of the pot body (200), the plurality of second heating devices (22) having a height difference in the vertical direction so as to heat different areas in the vertical direction, and the control device (3) being mounted on the base (1) and being electrically connected to the first heating device (21), the plurality of second heating devices (22) and the third heating device (23).
