Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coiling tension control method for an extremely thin steel strip, which solves the technical problem of it being difficult to control the tension during the rolling process of the extremely thin steel strip. The tension control method comprises the following steps: step one, before a rolling mill unit runs, establishing static tension for an uncoiling machine and a coiling machine; step two, after the rolling mill unit runs, measuring a tension value of a steel strip, wherein a measurement result is used for adjusting an output torque of an electric motor of the coiling machine; and step three, during the rolling process of the extremely thin steel strip, performing torque compensation on the coiling machine, such that the tension of the steel strip is constant, and load torques MZ of the coiling machine comprise: a steel strip tension torque MF, a rotational inertia torque MD, a steel strip bending torque Mw and a transmission system friction torque Mf. According to the technical solution provided by the present invention, no strip pulling and strip breakage occur during the coiling process of an extremely thin steel strip, and it is guaranteed that a steel coil can be tightly coiled in an aligned manner, such that the performance requirement for a product is met, and the production efficiency is also improved.
