Abstract:
A one-time detonation method for a large-section tunnel, which method relates to the technical field of underground engineering blasting, and solves the problem of the throwing range of flying rocks being large during a blasting process. The method comprises: dividing a tunneling section into an upper step and a lower step, and arranging the upper step ahead of the lower step; arranging peripheral holes along the contour of the upper step; arranging a plurality of hole perpendicular lines on the upper step in a vertical direction, arranging a plurality of hole parallel lines parallel to a roadway bottom plate, and determining hole base points; arranging empty holes, slot expansion holes, auxiliary holes and middle dividing holes in the upper step, wherein the empty holes are provided in the hole base points along the hole perpendicular lines, the slot expansion holes are evenly distributed around the empty holes, and the middle dividing holes are distributed in the middle points of the adjacent hole base points; arranging peripheral holes in the lower step, and arranging a plurality of rows of auxiliary holes parallel to the roadway bottom plate; and performing one detonation for all blast holes of the section, wherein the slot expansion holes, the auxiliary holes and the middle dividing holes of the upper step are detonated in sequence from near to the empty holes to far away therefrom, and the auxiliary holes of the lower step are detonated in sequence from far away from the bottom plate to near thereto. The method has the advantages of high construction efficiency, fewer number of detonations, etc.
