Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a cold roll forming method for dovetail mounting grooves, and a cold roll forming method for a special-shaped rod that has the dovetail mounting grooves. A raw material steel plate is machined into a special-shaped rod that has dovetail mounting grooves by means of a cold roll forming mode. A fabrication process for raw materials thereof is simple, and costs are low. Forming is carried out only by means of an extrusion bending manner, and materials do not need to be heated or cooled, thereby reducing energy consumption. Meanwhile, the bending process is broken down into a plurality of passes to undergo machining, and fillets are formed at the bent positions, so that residual stress in the material during the bending process is effectively reduced, and the steel plate material is itself prevented from twisting or breaking at the bent positions, and the formed special-shaped rod that has the dovetail mounting grooves has an accurate shape and size, and has relatively strong strength and good bearing capabilities.
