Abstract:
The application discloses a collapsible ladder including a climbing ladder (2), a support (1) having slots to hide the ladder and a locking device (3), wherenin, the support (1) includes: two brackets (11);more one freely rotating shaft (12) parallel to each other, which are fixed onto the two brackets, and both ends of each of which are respectively flexibly connected to the climbing ladder (2) with a connector outside the brackets; a fixation block (13) mounting outside the brackets and below a shaft's end; more than one slot (14) to hide the ladder setting in each bracket; and holes (16) receiving a lock bolt at the lower end of the two brackets.The climbing ladder (2) comprises two frames (21) and more than one step (22) parallel to each other being perpendicularly fixed in the two frames. The locking device (3) is linked to the support and/or the climbing ladder, so when the ladder is in use, the climbing ladder separates from the support, while being not in use, the climbing ladder and the support are folded together and the steps are received in the slots. Only the authorized man can use the ladder, thus raising the safety of the work.
