Abstract:
This invention provides a production method of nanometer carbon dispersion and the device for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of preparing deionized water; choosing graphite material and processing it into a positive electrode plate, and providing metal negative electrode plates on each side of the positive electrode plate, then dipping the positive and negative electrodes into the deionized water for at least 24 hours, turning on the power and commissioning; then subjecting to oxidation treatment, under the following conditions: turning on the power for 7-10 days, at a voltage of 3-35V, and a current below 35A; then performing physics treatment including placing the obtained nanometer carbon dispersion for at least 24 hours, then applying ultrasonic vibration treatment for uniforming the particle size. The device includes a case in which a support frame is disposed. A connect rod is installed on the frame. Two negative electrode plates are installed on the connect rod, and the positive electrode plate is disposed between the two negative electrode plates. The height of the deionized water in the case is higher than the top of the negative electrode plates. This production method is simple and the obtained carbon dispersion has high electromotive force. The particle size of the carbon dispersion is uniform, and the quality of the product is stable. This method is easy for scale production, with low costing, long life, and no waste.
