A colloidal particle penetrating, impregnating and sealing integrated machine, comprising a colloidal particle penetrating device (100), an impregnating device (200), a packaging device (300), a control system (400) and a power supply (500); the colloidal particle penetrating device (100) is used for providing colloidal particles (620) on a core package (610); the impregnating device (200) is used for receiving the core package (610) provided with the colloidal particles (620) on the colloidal particle penetrating device (100), and performing an impregnating operation; the packaging device (300) is used for receiving the core package (610) impregnated by the impregnating device (200), and packaging same with a housing together; the control system (400) is electrically connected to the colloidal particle penetrating device (100), the impregnating device (200) and the packaging device (300), and the control system (400) is used for controlling the colloidal particle penetrating device (100), the impregnating device (200) and the packaging device (300); and the power supply (500) is electrically connected to the control system (400), the colloidal particle penetrating device (100), the impregnating device (200) and the packaging device (300), and the power supply (500) is used for supplying power to the control system (400), the colloidal particle penetrating device (100), the impregnating device (200) and the packaging device (300). The colloidal particle penetrating, impregnating and sealing integrated machine can automatically complete three process steps of colloidal particle penetrating, impregnating, and packaging with a housing, requires less manpower for operation, and also does not need manual transportation, reducing time, and increasing the production efficiency.
