Abstract:
Provided is a combined pharmaceutical composition for treating a tumor, comprising a CAR-T cell and G-CSF. Also provided is use of the composition in the preparation of a drug for treating a tumor. The combination can significantly improve the amplification time of the CAR-T cell in vivo, promote the reduction of the tumor load, and prolong the efficacy maintenance time of a patient and the survival time of the patient.
