Abstract:
This combustion control method is for inputting a fuel that contains carbons into a combustion/gasification furnace to burn the fuel, and includes: a step for detecting the components of the fuel; and a step for supplying a fuel additive to the combustion/gasification furnace if the alkali metal volatilization amount in the ash of the fuel satisfies a condition such as (Na2O [wt%] in ash + 5 × K2O [wt%] in ash)1.6 × (CaO [wt%] in ash + MgO [wt%] in ash) ≥ 560, the fuel additive having an aluminum oxide/(silicon oxide + aluminum oxide) ratio of 0.25 or greater (weight ratio).
