Description:
Comfort Shoe, Slippers, Warm and Wide In the winter time, many people, especially the elderly, suffer from cold feet, causing discomfort and pain in the joints and toes. Certain medical problems as well as trauma induced injuries also benefit from avoiding cold feet.

Doctors recommend warm socks to keep feet warm, yet this is an imperfect method and often constricting the feet, possibly also impeding blood flow in the feet. Tight socks may also result in pain in the toes and muscle contractions.

Comfort shoe slippers is a new idea developed as a result of careful research. It offers a unique and safe solution to cold feet.

The invention is a shoe slipper made up of an upper part (FIG 1 #12) which while enclosing the foot, is comfortable and non-restricting and a lower part (FIG 2 #16) with a double sole where hot water is injected between the soles.

The upper part of the invention (FIG 1 #12) will cover the upper part of the foot. This may be constructed of any suitable material, such as terry, cloth, canvas, or other similar material all of which may also be lined with a soft inner material to further increase the comfort of the wearer. The outer as well as the inner material may also have a thermal characteristic which will even further retain heat generated from the hot water in the sole (FIG 1 & FIG 2 # 16).

The lower part is constructed of two flexible supportive soles, upper and lower, (FIG 2 #18) which are connected by a multiple of supportive rods (FIG 2 #20). The upper sole will serve as the area on which the foot will rest on the invention, while the lower sole will form the bottom of the invention and be in contact with the floor or ground. Hot water may be injected through the fill up nozzle (FIG 1 #14 and FIG 2 #14b) built into the back of the sole area of the comfort shoe slipper. The soles may be made of any suitable durable material that is, waterproof, flexible and offers comfort when stepped on and while standing. The rods connecting the two soles may be of any suitable material, including rubber or plastic.

The space between the rods is filled with warm water at a suitable temperature through the nozzle (FIG 1 #14) and FIG 2 #14b) at the back of the sole. The same nozzle is used when letting cooled off water out of the comfort shoe slipper.

The edging (FIG 2 #22) around the sole, enclosing the rods and the water when filled into the sole, may be of any suitable waterproof material.
