Abstract:
A communications apparatus (10) for constructing a network in accordance with a peer-to-peer protocol. The communications apparatus is provided with: a first acquisition means (114) for acquiring one or more items of identification information for identifying one or more connected users connected to a local user of the communications apparatus, which is a local node; a second acquisition means (111) for acquiring, via a network and on the basis of the one or more items of identification information thus acquired, one or more items of connected user information, (i) the information containing node information related to connection nodes used by the one or more connected users, and (ii) the information being user information related to one or more connected users; an assigning means (111) for assigning at least one of the one or more connection nodes to a node adjacent to the local node on the basis of the one or more items of connected user information thus acquired; and a retaining means (14) for retaining information related to the adjacent node thus assigned.
