Abstract:

[Problem] To allow handovers to be favorably performed when allocated frequency bands are effectively used. [Solution] Provided is a communication control apparatus comprising: a switch unit that switches the communication modes of a terminal apparatus between a first mode in which no wireless communications are performed in extended bands other than the bands of predetermined bandwidths included in the frequency bands allocated to a communication service provider and a second mode in which wireless communications are performed in the extended bands; and a control unit that controls the switch unit to switch the communication modes from the second mode to the first mode before a handover of the terminal apparatus.
