The present application provides a communication device and an antenna-feeder system for a base station. The communication device comprises a power generation assembly, an antenna, and a fixing assembly. The power generation assembly comprises blades and a generator, and a rotating shaft for the blades is connected to the generator. The blades, the generator, and the antenna are mounted onto the fixing assembly, and the fixing assembly is used for mounting the blades, the generator, and the antenna onto a mounting frame. During specific mounting, the antenna is arranged around the rotating shaft for the blades. In the scheme, scattered layout of the antenna can be achieved, and the windward area of each portion of the antenna is small, such that the wind load of the antenna can be effectively reduced, the area of an aperture space of the antenna is increased, and the coverage income and the capacity income of the antenna are enhanced. The blades and the antenna of the power generation assembly can share the aperture space, such that aperture multiplexing is realized, the aperture space is saved, and the utilization rate and income of the aperture space are improved. In addition, the power generation assembly uses wind energy to generate power, such that carbon emission can be reduced, and the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are improved.
