Abstract:
This communication device is a communication device in which an aggregate of a plurality of cells is set, the communication device comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires, for each of the cells, information about a delay time of the transmission of the communication device in the upstream direction; and a communication control unit that starts the transmission in the upstream direction from the cell selected from the plurality of cells on the basis of the information about the delay time. The acquisition unit acquires, as the information about the delay time, information about a delay time between application layers in the transmission in the upstream direction.
