Abstract:
Provided is a technique whereby a test subject can easily comprehend an exercise capacity and can enhance the exercise capacity. An exercise capacity management system wherein a communication device such as a smartphone acquires measurement data during exercise by a user on the basis of the outputs of various sensor devices such as an acceleration sensor. When measurement is ended, the communication device transmits the measurement data to a server. The server analyzes exercise details of the user indicated by the measurement data by performing such functions as comparing the measurement data with other user measurement data accumulated in a database. The communication device receives analysis results from the server and displays the analysis results on an analysis result display unit (188). The analysis results include information whereby a user can easily comprehend his own exercise capacity, and information beneficial for enhancing the exercise capacity. The server provides an SNS function to each user and provides a function for transmitting and receiving messages between users. For example, a user can contribute video or the like through use of the SNS function and receive advice from a trainer or the like.
