Abstract:
A communication device comprises a control unit that uses a learning model, which is obtained by learning a correlation between a first parameter used in controlling the communication between a terminal and a base station and a second parameter influencing the first parameter, to determine the first parameter on the basis of the second parameter. The control unit executes a determination control that forms a terminal group by grouping the terminals on the basis of the first parameter determined.
