Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a communication method and apparatus, a device, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal device obtains first threshold information and first information or obtains first indication information, the first threshold information comprising threshold information used for determining whether to execute a first operation, and the first information comprising information obtained from a network device and used for determining whether to execute the first operation in combination with the first threshold information; and the terminal device executes the first operation on the basis of the first threshold information and the first information or on the basis of the first indication information.
