Abstract:
An ice making assembly for an ice maker, comprising: a mold body, the mold body comprising an upper mold and a lower mold coupled to the upper mold, and the mold body defining cavities for forming ice shapes; a mold frame, the mold frame at least partially surrounding the mold body, and a first upper mold member being coupled to a second upper mold member by means of the mold frame; a discharger, the discharger being arranged adjacent to the mold body, and the discharger being rotatable between a first position and a second position with the mold body and the mold frame; and a motor, the motor being used for enabling the mold body, the mold frame, and the discharge to rotate between the first position and the second position.
