Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first information from a first network device or a second network device; determine according to the first information that the terminal device can send MDT information to the first network device. When the terminal can send MDT information to the first network device, the terminal device sends MDT information to the first network, which avoids the terminal device from sending the MDT information to the first network after the MDT information is received, and avoids leakage of network coverage, effectively and safely using the MDT information.
