The present invention provides a mass transfer method and a mass transfer device for a Micro LED. In one embodiment, the mass transfer method for the Micro LED comprises: providing Micro LED chips, the Micro LED chips comprising a first Micro LED chip capable of emitting a first color and a second Micro LED chip capable of emitting a second color different from the first color, and the shape of the first Micro LED chip being different from the shape of the second Micro LED chip; dumping the first and second Micro LED chips on a loading surface of a loading mold one time, wherein first and second type loading slots are provided on the loading surface, the first type loading slot has a first shape matching the shape of the first Micro LED chip, and the second type loading slot has a second shape matching the shape of the second Micro LED chip; and enabling the loading mold to vibrate, and enabling the first and second Micro LED chips to respectively fall into the first and second type loading slots having matching shapes, and tilting the loading mold to enable the Micro LED chips that do not fall into the first and second type loading slots to leave the loading surface.
