Abstract:
Disclosed are a communication method and apparatus, relating to the technical field of communications. In particular, provided is a technical solution of establishing a connection between a base station and a terminal. The method can comprise: a terminal in an idle state determining an identifier of the terminal in a non-active state; and the terminal initiating a connection procedure according the identifier of the terminal in a non-active state. The technical solution can be applied to a state desynchronisation scenario.
