Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-pressurized storage type automatic fire extinguishing system and a fire extinguishing method therefor, the system comprising a tank (3), a piston (5), a reagent (6), a gas generator (7), a controller (8), an on-board management system (12) and a fire extinguishing pipeline (13), wherein an upper end cover (1) is mounted on one end of the tank (3), and a lower end cover (2) is mounted on the other end thereof; the piston (5) is movably arranged inside the tank (3); a cover plate (4) is mounted inside the tank between the piston (5) and the lower end cover (2), and a through hole is provided in a plate body of the cover plate (4); the gas generator (7) is mounted inside a cavity between the cover plate (4) and the lower end cover; the reagent (6) is contained in the tank between the piston (5) and the upper end cover (1); the gas generator (7) is connected to the controller (8); the controller (8) is respectively connected to alarms (9, 10, 11) and the on-board management system (12); and one end of the fire extinguishing pipeline (13) hermetically penetrates through the upper end cover (1) and communicates with the interior of the tank. The fire extinguishing system has a good sealing performance, is easy to install as a whole, does not need to be driven by an external gas source, and is safe and reliable.
