Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a communication method and apparatus capable of ensuring the transmission performance of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The method comprises: a terminal device sends first capability information to a network device, wherein the first capability information indicates that a codebook subset supported by the terminal device is a full-coherent codebook subset or a partial-coherent codebook subset, the codebook subset indicated by the first capability information is used for precoding a first PUSCH, the first PUSCH is transmitted before handover, and the handover comprises uplink transmission handover or sounding reference signal (SRS) handover; the terminal device sends first indication information to the network device, wherein the first indication information indicates a codebook subset supported by the terminal device subjected to a handover; and then the terminal device receives second indication information from the network device, wherein the second indication information indicates a transmission configuration of a second PUSCH, and the second PUSCH is transmitted after the handover.
