Abstract:
In the communication method according to the embodiments, first information that is for making a user terminal that is in a radio resource control (RRC) connection state maintain context information for the user terminal is sent from a network to the user terminal. The context information includes a cell-radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) allocated to the user terminal. On the basis of the first information, the user terminal does not destroy and maintains the context information even after moving from the RRC connection state.
