Abstract:

This communication system (1) is provided with: a server (21); an information processing device (31); and a reception device (11) for transferring content. The information processing device (31) is provided with a broadcasting-station display list reception unit which receives, from the server (21), via a first connection based on a first communication method, display information for displaying a list of one or more pieces of content. Furthermore, the present invention is provided with: a P2P connection execution unit which establishes, between the reception device (11) and the information processing device (31), a second connection based on a second communication method which does not use the server (21) to communicate between the reception device (11) and the information processing device (31); a broadcasting-station selection unit for selecting, on the basis of the display information, at least one piece of content from among the one or more pieces of content; and a converted-broadcast reception unit which receives, from the reception device (11), via the established second connection, a transfer of the at least one piece of selected content.
