Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a comparator, a light detection element, and an electronic apparatus in which noise can be reduced. [Solution] Provided is a comparator that compares a signal with a reference signal to output a comparison result, the comparator comprising a differential circuit that outputs a differential voltage between the signal and the reference signal, and an active load circuit electrically connected to the differential circuit. The active load circuit includes first and second transistors provided on a surface of the substrate. The first and second transistors include a channel region that extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the substrate.
