Abstract:
In this component inspection method, first, a region including an ignition coil (3) and a fuel tube (4) is scanned from outside by a three-dimensional laser scanner (5) to gradually acquire measurement data that includes a portion of the outer surface of the ignition coil (3) and the fuel tube (4). Thereafter, the region including the ignition coil (3) and the fuel tube (4) in design data, and the region including the ignition coil (3) and the fuel tube (4) in measurement data are aligned, and scanning progress is calculated on the basis of this alignment. When the progress has exceeded a progress threshold value, information is presented to a display (8) indicated that the progress threshold value has been exceeded.
