Abstract:
A composite ceramic filter material used for high temperature flue gas dust removal, which is prepared by means of the following method: providing a corn stalk raw material and a silicon powder; crushing the corn stalk raw material and pyrolyzing the crushed corn stalk raw material to obtain carbonized corn stalks; spreading the silicon powder on the corn stalk raw material to obtain a mixed powder; performing first high temperature heat processing on the mixed powder to obtain a silicon carbide powder; adding the silicon carbide powder to ethanol; adding PVB to an ethanol suspension of silicon carbide to obtain a dispersion of silicon carbide; performing surface processing on an aluminum alloy substrate; generating a porous silicon carbide film on a surface of the surface processed aluminum alloy by using air spraying technology; pre-sintering the porous silicon carbide film; and sintering the pre-sintered porous silicon carbide film.
