Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel composite copper member. For example, provided is a composite copper member in which a copper-oxide-containing layer is formed on at least part of the surface of a copper member, wherein when the surface of the composite copper member is hot-pressed to a resin substrate and the copper member is delaminated from the resin substrate after the hot pressing, metal included in the copper-oxide-containing layer is transferred to the resin substrate.
