Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite cured product mixed with a hollow filler, and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composite cured product mixed with a hollow filler, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein polymer resin and a light hollow filler having reduced specific gravity and excellent heat insulation properties are included, so as to form pores therein, and the porosity is 20 to 50%. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite cured product comprising a hollow filler and a polymer resin to form pores therein, and a composite cured product comprising a hollow filler and a non-reactive liquid, such that due to the high porosity of the composite cured product, the specific gravity is reduced, the thermal conductivity is lowered, the heat insulating properties are excellent, and the density is lowered, which leads to an effect of being lightweight. In addition, the present invention has an effect of maintaining high strength even when the density is low, and unlike conventional manufacturing methods, which can be carried out only when containing 50% by volume or less of a hollow filler compared to a polymer resin, there is an effect in that a low-density material containing up to 95% by volume of a hollow filler can be manufactured.
