Abstract:
The present specification relates to a composite magnetic bearing having an auxiliary bearing combined thereto, which is capable of reducing the length of a rotor and the system volume by improving the structure thereof. The composite magnetic bearing having an auxiliary bearing combined thereto of the present specification is a radial composite magnetic bearing which is provided around the circumference of the rotor to reduce friction, and the composite magnetic bearing comprises: a magnetic bearing; and an auxiliary bearing which is fixed in an empty space inside a stator-side core on the inner side in which a coil and a permanent magnet are provided.
