A composite material for a cooker, a preparation method for the composite material, and a cooker. The composite material comprises a hard granular material, a silicon-containing coating material and a metal coating material, wherein the silicon-containing coating material coats the hard granular material, and the metal coating material coats the silicon-containing coating material, and the main component of the silicon-containing coating material is at least one of silane, siloxane, a silane polymer and a siloxane polymer. The composite material does not generate toxic gas after being decomposed at a high temperature; and a protective layer is prepared from the composite material and used for a cooker, and the resulting cooker has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and a long-lasting property of being easy to clean, and is safe and non-toxic.
