Abstract:
A composite rotary stirring device and a working method thereof. The composite rotary stirring device comprises a tank body. The center of the top of the tank body is provided with a driving mechanism. An output shaft (17) of the driving mechanism is fixedly connected to one end of an oscillating bar (9). A speed change mechanism of the driving mechanism adopts a planetary speed change mechanism. A stirring shaft (10) is rotatably connected to the other end of the oscillating bar (9). The axis of the stirring shaft (10) is deviated from the axis of the tank body. A gear (11) is fixed on the top of the stirring shaft (10). The gear (11) is engaged with a first ring gear (12) disposed on the inner side surface of the top of the tank body. A blade mechanism (13) is mounted on the stirring shaft (10). The stirring device has good stirring effect and good stability in a working process.
