Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of oilfield chemistry, and specifically provides a composition capable of reducing CO2 corrosion, a CO2 corrosion inhibitor and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, and an oil and gas field exploitation method. The composition comprises: a hydrocarbyl-substituted imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and polyquinoline, wherein the hydrocarbyl-substituted imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt has a cation with a structure as represented by formula (I); the anion of the hydrocarbyl-substituted imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt is selected from SO4
2- or Cl-; and the polymerization degree of polyquinoline is 10-80. The combined use of a hydrocarbyl-substituted imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt having a specific structure and a polyquinoline having a specific polymerization degree can exert a synergistic effect, facilitating an improvement in the stability of a corrosion inhibitor film, and enhancing the corrosion inhibition effect of a corrosion inhibitor, thereby contributing to the protection of a petroleum pipeline from corrosion. When used in the working conditions of a high temperature (60-180ºC) and a high CO2 content (the partial pressure of CO2 being 1-5 MPa), the composition has excellent corrosion inhibition performance, and can thus significantly prolong the service life of oilfield equipment.
