Abstract:

Provided is a means for forming an excellent fibrous coating on a target surface even in a high-humidity environment when performing electrostatic spraying directly on a target surface such as skin. A composition for coating formation containing the following components (a), (b), (c), and (d), said composition being for forming a coating formed of fibers on an application target by electrostatic spraying. (a) 1 to 45 mass% of a polymer having a coating formation function, (b) 45 to 95 mass% of one or more types of volatile substances selected from alcohols and ketones, (c) a conductivity control agent to make the conductivity of the composition 8 to 300 μS/cm, and (d) 0.2 to 25 mass% of water
