Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition containing 2'-FL for ameliorating, preventing, or treating diseases caused by the reduction of dopamine. The 2'-FL has the advantage that the 2'-FL can effectively prevent or treat diseases caused by the reduction of dopamine by effectively suppressing the degeneration of dopamine neurons. In particular, the present invention contains 2'-fucosyllactose (2'-FL) as an active ingredient, and thus inhibits a decrease in dopamine neurons and exhibiting an effect of enhancing locomotor activity, and is effective in preventing, treating or ameliorating Parkinson's disease caused by the reduction of dopamine.
