Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for improving sleep containing a conifer extract and, more particularly, to a composition for improving sleep that is a sleep-improving natural material containing a conifer extract containing a large amount of α-pinene which is helpful in stabilizing the mind and body, and exhibits a sleep improvement effect so as to induce a comfortable sleep for a long time by inducing deep sleep. In particular, the present invention relates to a natural substance composition that may be used as a food composition, a pharmaceutical composition, a composition for external application to the skin, etc. which can improve sleep and prevent or treat sleep disorders.
