Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for prevention or treatment of animal skin disease using membrane-free stem cells, and more specifically to a composition for prevention, reduction, or treatment of animal skin disease, comprising a human body-derived adipose stem cell extract (membrane-free stem cell extract) as an active ingredient. As a result of repeatedly applying, to a skin disease site of an animal, a cream comprising the composition for prevention or treatment of animal skin disease using a membrane-free stem cell extract of the present invention, an itch index, a dryness index, a flare index, a pigment index, and a thickness index were all confirmed to be reduced compared to a control group, and thus the composition of the present invention may be usefully employed for a pharmaceutical, a quasi-drug, a functional food, or a cosmetic for prevention, reduction, or treatment of animal skin disease.
