Abstract:
A drug compliance management system of the present invention comprises: a wearable device-type microneedle applicator equipped with a cartridge having a plurality of microneedle bases installed thereon, including a pressing unit for pressing one of the microneedle bases toward the skin such that a microneedle provided on the lower surface of the microneedle base penetrates the skin to inject a drug into the skin, configured to generate a warning before the penetration of the microneedle, and including a control unit for recognizing and transmitting drug injection information, wherein each microneedle base is pressed against the same skin position by rotation of the cartridge; a patient terminal for processing drug compliance information including drug injection information received from the microneedle applicator, administration information separately input by a patient after administration, and an injection failure reason identified by the control unit of the microneedle applicator; a server for transmitting the drug compliance information received from the patient terminal to an expert terminal; and an expert terminal for displaying drug compliance information collected from terminals of multiple patients.
