Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for regenerating a pulp-dentin complex, and a method for producing same. Dental pulp stem cells cultured in the presence of garcinol can promote dentin formation by inhibiting bone differentiation and inducing differentiation into odontoblasts, and can be used to regenerate the pulp-dentin complex. In addition, it is possible to further increase the effect of promoting the dentin formation by 3D culturing dental pulp stem cells in the presence of garcinol.
