The compound has a structure as shown in formula I, can be used as a cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7) inhibitor, and is used for treating or preventing proliferative diseases (such as cancer), and particularly for regulating and treating related diseases caused by abnormal activity of cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7).
